近日，广州番禺一网友发帖称自己低血糖发作，点了汉堡和可乐外卖，并承诺打赏5元，求优先配送。

名叫何范的外卖小哥秒回：“出餐马上送给你，顶住！”并反问：“低血糖你还吃辣的？”

网友回复称，主要是想喝可乐，可以把自己的汉堡给小哥吃。

小哥直接回复：“这家店的可乐不好喝！我给你买瓶可乐。”

A routine food delivery order in Panyu district, Guangdong province, turned into an unexpected act of human warmth after a courier went above and beyond to help a customer suffering from a sudden hypoglycemic episode.

The incident began when a woman identified as Zhai placed an order for a hamburger and a cola through a delivery platform, adding a note to the driver: "Please prioritize delivery. I'll tip 5 yuan."

The responding courier, identified only by his screen name "He Fan", replied almost immediately: "I'll rush it to you as soon as it's ready. Hold on!" Then, noticing her order included a spicy burger, he asked why she ate spicy food when her blood sugar was low.

Zhai explained that her main need was the sugary cola, and she offered to give her burger to the courier as a gesture of gratitude. But He Fan only replied, "I'll buy you a bottle myself," because the restaurant's beverage was not good.

随后，他自掏腰包买了大瓶可乐，连同网友点的汉堡可乐一起送到指定地点。

小哥离开后，网友默默将原定的5元打赏改成20元。

True to his word, the courier purchased a large bottle of cola out of his own pocket and delivered it alongside the original drink from the restaurant.

After he left, Zhai increased her promised tip from 5 yuan to 20 yuan.

9月2日，当事人翟女士告诉记者，自己当时低血糖，手都在抖，看到外卖小哥的话后眼泪一下就出来了，能感觉到这个陌生人是真的在担心自己。后来，她点开他的头像发现他叫何范（盒饭），当时就笑了，这个名字还挺有烟火气。

Speaking to reporters on Wednesday, Zhai said, "My hands were trembling from the hypoglycemia, and when I read his messages, tears just came out. I could genuinely feel that this stranger was truly worried about me."
